Pamela Heguaburo is the Managing Partner of Gaviria Law, where she leads the firm’s litigation, business, and transactional practice. Admitted to The Florida Bar in 2024, Pam is licensed to practice law throughout the State of Florida and represents clients in Florida state court civil matters.
As Managing Partner, Pam oversees the firm’s strategic direction and ensures that every matter is handled with precision, professionalism, and disciplined legal analysis. Her practice includes civil litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, business transactions, and ongoing legal advisory services for individuals and companies throughout South Florida.
Pam approaches legal representation with a focus on clarity, preparation, and practical results. She understands that legal matters often carry significant financial and operational consequences, and she works closely with clients to provide strategic guidance tailored to their objectives.
She earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law and is a member of The Florida Bar.
